Shipping Policy

Maison Yara ships worldwide from Dubai. All orders are sent using DHL Express or, where required, DHL’s trusted local delivery partner.

As our pieces are custom made to order, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Maison Yara currently offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonyara.co. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. A full physical delivery address and contact phone number are required for all DHL Express deliveries.

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date at info@maisonyara.co, and we will assist you with the DHL claim process where applicable.
